1. Orders and Acceptance
1.1 Orders: All purchase orders placed by Buyer shall be subject to acceptance by Seller. Seller reserves the right to reject or cancel any order in its sole discretion.
1.2 Acceptance: Acceptance of orders is contingent upon the availability of products and confirmation of payment.
2. Shipping and Delivery
2.1 Shipment Schedule: All orders placed before 4:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM Pacific Time or on non-business days will be shipped on the next business day.
2.2 Shipping Methods: Seller will determine the shipping method unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
2.3 Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change due to factors beyond Seller's control. Seller shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.
3. Payment Terms
